Social Dining & Drinking Experiences

Hat Trick

Originating from the game of cricket c. 1879, a 'hat trick' is to score three goals in a single game.

At Hat Trick, we play the great game of hospitality, and thanks to our collective 45 years of experience in the field, our trio of partners  (Adam Snyder, Andy Wasserman, Hugo Gamboa) scores every time.

Over the past 25 years we've launched more than 20 venues in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and our current focus: San Francisco, where we've established four popular venues including Redford, The Brixton, Sabrosa, and our latest endeavor, Rambler, in partnership with Viceroy Hotel Group & Hotel Zeppelin.

HELLO, GOOD PEOPLE

We are Hat Trick Hospitality.

We’re behind the scenes and in the front of the house at some of the San Francisco bars and restaurants you know and love.

We’re involved in every aspect of the hospitality world, from restaurants and bars to live music and nightlife.

We craft social dining and drinking experiences that are edgy, innovative, and most importantly, fun.

We’re against pretentious and complicated.

We specialize in creating quality-casual places with a just-right vibe that make you feel like yourself on your best day.

ADAM SNYDER

Adam Snyder began his career in the nightlife industry while studying at the University of San Francisco. Working in some of San Francisco’s most popular establishments, Snyder developed a deep knowledge of what truly makes venues attractive to the consumer. Over the years, Snyder has owned and or managed multiple successful ventures in Las Vegas, Impala, and San Francisco, including Taverna Aventine in the heart of the Financial District.

ANDY WASSERMAN

A USC business administration graduate, Andy began his career working for Lehman Brothers and Merrill Lynch in San Francisco, promoting events on the side. As his reputation within the nightclub world began to grow, Andy became known as one of the city’s best night life promoters, producing and promoting daytime concerts around San Francisco and booking hundreds of bands and DJs from all over the world.

HUGO GAMBOA

Hugo began his career in the restaurant and bar development industry while pursuing his Bachelors Degree at San Jose State University. While still in school he helped open six different venues in California. It wasn't long before Gamboa realized his longtime dream of opening and operating his own venue. Today, Hugo owns and operates three restaurants: The Brixton, Redford and Sabrosa.
